How do I restore Pro?

Open PostShot, tap the gear on the home page, then tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Restoring is free.

How do I open a screenshot in PostShot?
  1. Take a screenshot and tap the preview in the corner.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Tap PostShot. If you don't see it, swipe the app row to the end, tap More, and turn PostShot on.
How do I remove the "Made with PostShots" badge?

Unlock Pro. The badge is removed from every export. You can turn it back on if you like.

Where are the App Store sizes?

In the export size options: 6.9" (1320×2868) and 6.5" (1284×2778). They need Pro.

Are my projects backed up?

No. Projects are saved only on your iPhone. Deleting PostShot deletes them. Export the posts you want to keep to Photos.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose PostShot.

Which iPhones are supported?

Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
